A. You may call our Business office at 614-396-4750 or 1-866-351-2765, Monday thru Friday. Our hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm. We also have voicemail for your convenience. Please have your Patient Number, Patient Name and Phone Number for the return call.

Q. Who is Riverside Radiology Associates?

A. Riverside Radiology Associates perform the professional interpretation of your medical imaging service and reports the findings to your doctor. Therefore, Riverside Radiology Associates bills for the professional interpretation of the exam. The hospital or the facility will also send a bill for the taking of the medical imaging, this is called the technical fee.

Q. I gave my insurance information to the facility where I had my service, why wasn't the insurance filed?

A. We receive our information from the facility where you were seen. Sometimes, the information is not transferred to us. We encourage our patients to follow up with their insurance company to make sure that a claim has been filed on their behalf. If you find that your insurance does not have a claim within 30 days, please call our office with your corrected insurance information.

Q. Why didn't my insurance pay for my bill?

A. We file all insurance claims according to strict medical billing guidelines. There are several reasons why your claim may have been denied or not paid by your insurance. We respectfully ask you to contact your insurance company to check on the status of your claim and to ask them for details on their payment policies and denials.

Q. Where do I get the results of my tests that were performed?

A. Riverside Radiology Associates sends the reports and findings to the ordering physician. If you have any questions about the results, please contact your physician who ordered the exam.

Q. How do I obtain my X-ray films/radiology report?

A. You must obtain your X-ray films from the facility where you were seen. If you need a copy of your radiology report, feel free to contact our billing office directly
