Recently, we uncovered an unexpected compliance issue with an impending inspection fast approaching. Riverside Radiology Associates Consulting provided us the necessary resources on short notice and did an excellent job of assessing where use of their resources in our project would be most beneficial to our company. The Riverside Radiology Associates team listened to what we needed and came up with a realistic plan of how to accomplish the end product. The consulting team was extremely professional and always available to my staff and the data analysis and recommendations for quality assurance have been valuable in our effort to focus on staffing efficiencies, productivity and internal/external benchmarks. If there is one thing I have learned... it's the importance of quality partners and the relationships you build with those providers. We will definitely work with Riverside Radiology Associates in the future.
